Second year doctoral student Ifunanya (Ify) Ezimora attended ABCT in New Orleans as a first-time attendee and presenter. Ify delivered an individual oral presentation on ethnic-racial identity (ERI) as a protective factor for youth experiencing adversity (e.g., youth involved in the child welfare system) and the negative impacts that being removed from biological parents can have on the development of ERI.
